THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CECIL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT.

* AT 811 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED IN EXCESS OF FOUR
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 500 PM AROUND EARLVILLE IN SOUTHERN
CECIL COUNTY. COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED THAT SOME ROAD
FLOODING WAS BEGINNING AT 810 PM...AND AT LEAST AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF
RAIN IS ANTICIPATED.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
