  CENTRAL SOMERSET COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.

* AT 755 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL IN COMMUNITIES AND TOWNSHIPS ALONG INTERSTATE 78.  RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF OVER ONE TO TWO INCHES HAVE BEEN INDICATED BY RADAR
DURING THE PAST HOUR.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
