* AT 352 PM EDT...POLICE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
  REPORTED MINOR FLOODING ALONG THE MUSCONETCONG RIVER IN
  STANHOPE IN SUSSEX COUNTY AND LEBANON TOWNSHIP IN HUNTERDON
  COUNTY.  SOME OF THE FLOOD WATERS WAS DIVERTED INTO
  A QUARRY IN MOUNT OLIVE IN MORRIS COUNTY. IF FLOODING EXCEEDS
