THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT.

* AT 453 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAVE REMAINED STATIONARY FOR THE PAST TWO
HOURS. RAINFALL FROM THESE STORMS COULD REACH 4 TO 6 INCHES
BETWEEN MILTON AND MILFORD DELAWARE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS
WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT
TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
