* AT 846 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING ALONG MILL CREEK WITH
EVACUATIONS BEING CONDUCTED. AT LEAST ONE BRIDGE OVER MILL CREEK IS
REPORTED WASHED OUT.
