* AT 657 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL NEAR STOUCHBURG IS WESTERN BERKS COUNTY RESULTING IN
  MINOR STREET FLOODING AND SMALL CREEKS WERE BEGINNING TO COME OUT
  OF THEIR BANKS.
