* AT 508 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A   
TORNADO 3 MILES NORTH OF WINTERSVILLE. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST 
AT 30 MPH.
