* UNTIL 800 PM EDT

* AT 520 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF
  MODERATE TO ISOLATED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER MONONGALIA
  COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER
  SOUTHWEST PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY AND THIS RAIN IS MOVING SLOWLY
  NORTHEASTWARD.
