THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FAYETTE COUNTY.

* UNTIL 130 PM EDT.

* AT 1020 AM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A
  CREEK OUT OF ITS BANKS AND WAS CAUSING FLOODING OF US ROUTE 40
  NEAR UNIONTOWN IN WHARTON TOWNSHIP.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL WAS CAUSING FLASH FLOODING IN FAYETTE COUNTY. THE
AREA OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO END BY 1130 AM. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN WILL
END SOON...STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE FOR THE NEXT
SEVER[AL HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
