* AT 405 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE
  STORM WAS LOCATED 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TIPTON...MOVING 
NORTHEAST   AT 35 MPH. A TORNADO WAS REPORTED WEST OF VERNON EARLIER
WITH THIS STORM.
