THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN OKLAHOMA COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1045 PM CDT

* AT 748 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS
FALLING OVER NORTHERN SECTIONS OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY...INCLUDING THE
EDMOND AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.
STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN EDMOND AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WHICH MAY WORSEN THE FLOODING.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ARCADIA...EDMOND AND THE VILLAGE

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
