* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK STATE...
     EAST CENTRAL ORANGE...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT...

* AT 629 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE MAIN
AREA IS AROUND NEWBURG SOUTH TO CORNWALL. IN THE PAST THREE HOURS
RADAR INDICATED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
