FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA. OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE
PAST 2 HOURS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES.
