* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY...

* UNTIL 1030 PM EDT...

* AT 827 PM SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED EXTENSIVE FLOODING OVER THE
WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 3.5
AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THE LAST 2 HOURS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES.
