  IN NORTHEASTERN NEW JERSEY...

* AT 557 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

AREAS ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE
WILL BE AFFECTED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
