  IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK STATE...
     SOUTHEASTERN SUFFOLK...

* UNTIL 1045 AM EDT...

* AT 948 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER THE WARNED AREA.

PREPARE FOR WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS
FROM THE VICINITY OF EAST HAMPTON EAST ACROSS MONTAUK POINT.
RAINFALL RATES UP TO 1 1/2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
