EASTERN CLAY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CELINA PICKETT COUNTY IN TENNESSEE THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BYRDSTOWN * UNTIL 600 AM CDT * AT 1207 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS IN A LINE FROM BYRDSTOWN TO CELINA TO BOWLING GREEN AND BACK TO PADUACH KENTUCKY. THESE STORMS CONTINUE TO TRAIN OVER PICKETT AND EASTERN CLAY COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN AVERAGING HALF OF AN INCH OF RAIN PER HOUR FROM CELINA TO DALE HOLLOW LAKE TO BYRDSTOWN. ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL OVER PICKETT AND CLAY COUNTIES...FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS...AND LOW LYING AREAS NEAR DALE HOLLOW LAKE SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
