THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WAYNE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WAYNESBORO

* UNTIL 340 PM CDT

* AT 140 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES NORTHWEST
  OF WAYNESBORO. OTHER STORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF COLLINWOOD. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AS MUCH AS 2 TO 3 INCHES
  OF RAIN AN HOUR HAS FALLEN IN THESE AREAS. THIS WILL PRODUCE
  LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING...AND FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.
