* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEMAHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA
  EASTERN OTOE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA
  RICHARDSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1024 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM CONTINUING ACROSS NEMAHA AND RICHARDSON COUNTIES OF
  SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA WITH MORE STORMS MOVING INTO OTOE COUNTY.
  RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN ARE WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE
  AREA...WITH SOME HEAVIER AMOUNTS.  NUMEROUS INSTANCES OF WATER
  CROSSING ROADS WERE REPORTED IN EASTERN OTOE COUNTY FROM 4 MILES
  SOUTH OF NEBRASKA CITY TO THE NEMAHA COUNTY LINE.  THE FLASH
  FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 230 AM FOR NEMAHA AND
  EASTERN OTOE COUNTIES...AND A NEW WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
  RICHARDSON COUNTY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY AND MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
