MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
STANTON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA

* AT 1218 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA
OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM AROUND NELIGH
TO NORFOLK AND SOUTH OF STANTON. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THESE AREAS ALREADY HAD HEAVY RAIN ON
WEDNESDAY...SO FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...
