* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KNOX COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE
  LOUDON COUNTY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 820 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR GREENBACK...OR 8 MILES   
SOUTHEAST OF LENOIR CITY. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP 
NORTHWEST OF THE REGION WITH SOUTHEAST MOVEMENT AT 15 MPH. 
THEREFORE...ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER KNOX AND LOUDON 
COUNTIES DURING THE NEXT THREE HOURS.

COVERING ROADS IN NORTHERN LOUDON COUNTY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
