  FREEBORN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 1128 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH DAMAGING WINDS. THE LEADING EDGE OF
  THE STORM WAS 10 MILES EAST OF BLUE EARTH...AND DAMAGING WINDS
  LIKELY EXTENDED TO 5 MILES WEST OF BLUE EARTH.  THE STORM WAS
  MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
