* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN BARRON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  RUSK COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 1014 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL IN THE 3 TO 5 INCH RANGE ACROSS NORTHEAST BARRON AND MUCH
  OF RUSK COUNTY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY{. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
