THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...EXTREME SOUTHERN OKALOOSA AND EXTREME 
SOUTHERN SANTA ROSA COUNTIES IN FLORIDA.

* UNTIL 1015 AM CDT

* AT 934 AM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED NUMEROUS WATERSPOUTS  JUST 
OFFSHORE NAVARRE BEACH.  THE STORMS PRODUCING THE WATERSPOUTS WERE 
DRIFTING NORTH AND THEY MAY COME ONSHORE BEFORE DISSIPATING. 
WATERSPOUTS CAN AND DO OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE DAMAGE WHEN THEY MAKE 
LANDFALL.  

IF IN MOBILE HOMES OR VEHICLES...EVACUATE THEM AND GET INSIDE A 
SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER. IF NO SHELTER IS AVAILABLE...LIE FLAT IN THE 
NEAREST DITCH OR OTHER LOW SPOT AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR HANDS.
