MOBILE COUNTY IN ALABAMA * UNTIL 530 PM CST * AT 259 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OCCURRING OVER CENTRAL PORTIONS OF MOBILE COUNTY. ALREADY NEARLY 2.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THESE LOCATIONS...AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IS LIKELY THROUGH 530 PM. STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG AIRPORT BLVD...AND AROUND THE INTERSECTION OF OLD SHELL AND UNIVERSITY. STREET FLOODING IS ALSO LIKELY OCCURRING ELSEWHERE ACROSS CENTRAL MOBILE COUNTY...INCLUDING THE DOWNTOWN AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
