* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  LAKE COUNTY
  ...IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT

* AT 540 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO LAKE COUNTY JUST WEST OF MASCOTTE 
AND A RAPIDLY INTENSIFYING THUNDERSTORM OVER LAKE HARRIS ABOUT 5 
MILES SOUTHEAST OF LEESBURG. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE DRIFTING SLOWLY 
TO THE NORTH AND WILL CROSS HIGHWAY 50 AND EFFECT THE AREAS FROM 
MASCOTTE TO LEESBURG AND TAVARES.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 58 MILES AN 
HOUR...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. IF
