THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GREEN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 653 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 2 TO 2 1/2
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FELLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR. THIS RAIN...AND
  THE ADDITIONAL EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO
  RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
