THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SHEBOYGAN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 515 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT OVER 3 INCHES
OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST HOUR. THIS RAIN...AND THE
ADDITIONAL EXPECTED...HAS CAUSED FLASH FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING. KEEP CHILDREN FROM
PLAYING IN FLOODED CULVERTS. THEY CAN BE QUICKLY WASHED AWAY IN THE
RAPIDLY FLOWING WATER.
