THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SAUK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 624 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE OCCURRING OVER
  SAUK COUNTY WITH MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING IN FROM THE WEST.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 1.5 INCHES OF
RAIN FELL DURING THE PAST HOUR ON TOP OF PREVIOUS RAINS THIS
AFTERNOON. THIS RAIN...AND CONTINUED HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY
AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FLOODED ROADS ALSO.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
