THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SAUK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 554 AM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING THROUGHOUT THE CITY
  OF BARABOO.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 1.5 TO 2.0 INCHES
  OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 445 AND 545 AM CDT. THIS RAIN...AND THE
  ADDITIONAL .50 TO 1.00 INCHES EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS
  AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
