* AT 217 PM EDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO HAD   
  TOUCHED DOWN IN A CORNFIELD NEAR THE BELLE GLADE SHERIFF'S         
  SUBSTATION. THE PARENT STORM WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 12 MPH.
