* AT 1246 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD 
  OVER TAMARAC MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. THERE IS A STRONG POSSIBILITY 
  OF A TORNADO FORMING.
