* AT 815 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FLOREY...   
  MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.  HIGH WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED ON US HIGHWAY 
  180 BETWEEN SEMINOLE AND LAMESA.
 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  CEDAR LAKE...THE FAIRVIEW COMMUNITY...PAYNES CORNER...FRANKEL
