SOUTHWESTERN PECOS COUNTY IN TEXAS
* UNTIL 1200 AM CDT
* SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PASSED ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN PECOS
COUNTY TONIGHT...PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL. RADAR IS ESTIMATING
THAT THESE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED A WIDE SWATH OF 3 TO 6 INCH
RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 385...ABOUT 20 TO
35 MILES SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF FORT STOCKTON.

RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA LATER TONIGHT...WHICH COULD
CONTRIBUTE AN EXTRA INCH OR TWO OF PRECIPITATION.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
