  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN SCATTERED ACROSS THE NORTHERN   
  HALF OF EDDY COUNTY. STORMS WITH THE HEAVIEST ARE IN NORTHEAST     
  EDDY COUNTY NEAR LOCO HILLS. MOVEMENT IS NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
