* AT 1148 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF SHAFTER...
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  CASA PIEDRA AND SHAFTER
