* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL REEVES COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 150 AM CDT

* AT 1040 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORTED WATER OVER
  THE ROAD ON FARMER TO MARKET ROAD 869. THIS ROAD IS CLOSED DUE 
  TO THE FLOODING. 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  TEXAS ROUTE 17 10 MILES SOUTH OF PECOS
  TOYAH CREEK
