THE MIDLAND-ODESSA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TERRELL COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT

* AT 315 AM CDT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY 
  RAINFALL CONTINUED OVER MOST OF TERRELL COUNTY...WITH GENERAL
  MOVEMENT TO THE NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.  MORE HEAVY RAIN FROM OTHER
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE COUNTY OVERNIGHT. DOPPLER RADAR HAS
  ESTIMATED OVER AN INCH PER HOUR HAS FALLEN OVER TERRELL COUNTY 
  SINCE MIDNIGHT. SATELLITE RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER 
  HOUR WERE NOTED EAST OF TERRELL COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  THE TERRELL GAS PLANT...DRYDEN AND SANDERSON

VISIBLE TO MOTORISTS. SOME ROADWAYS MAY EVEN BE CLOSED.

RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE 
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
MOTOR VEHICLE.
