* AT 322 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A CLUSTER   
  OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 11 MILES WEST OF PERSIMMON   
  GAP...NEAR TERLINGUA AND TERLINGUA RANCH LODGE.  LITTLE MOVEMENT   
  IS INDICATED.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
