* UNTIL 945 PM CDT

* AT 545 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORTED WATER TWO TO
  THREE FEET DEEP ON ROUTE NORTH 1229 BETWEEN WESTBROOK AND COLORADO 
  CITY.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...

  INTERSTATE 20 WEST OF WESTBROOK.
