* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LEA COUNTY IN NEW MEXICO
  GAINES COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 400 AM MDT (500 AM CDT)

* AT 1227 AM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTH OF NADINE...MOVING
  SOUTH AT 20 MPH.  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE RAINFALL IN THE AMOUNT  
  OF 1-3 INCHES PER HOUR IS FALLING IN THE STRONGER STORMS.
