* AT 655 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF
  COYANOSA TO 16 MILES WEST OF FORT STOCKTON ALONG
  INTERSTATE 10...MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
  COYANOSA...LOCATIONS ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 285 AND FARM TO MARKET
