* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN PECOS COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 344 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A           
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF COYANOSA... 
  MOVEMENT IS NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...     
  COYANOSA AND COYONOSA DRAW.

RADAR INDICATES ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE REDEVELOPING SOUTH OF 
COYANOSA AND THAT THEY WILL MOVE INTO NORTHWEST PECOS COUNTY WHERE 
HEAVY RAINS HAVE PREVIOUSLY FALLEN.  

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
