SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL HOWARD COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 500 PM CDT * AT 200 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL HOWARD COUNTY. THE AREA IS ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAINS TODAY...AND THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
