THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PULASKI COUNTY IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* THUNDERSHOWERS HAVE BEEN OCCURRING OVER SOUTHERN PULASKI COUNTY
FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND HAVE MOVED INTO THE LITTLE ROCK METRO
AREA. SEVERAL STREETS ARE FLOODING WITH BARACADES BEGINNING TO BE
SET UP.

THE HEAVY RAIN SHOULD BE ENDING BEFORE MIDNIGHT.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. DON'T DRIVE ON
STREETS THAT ARE FLOODED SINCE YOU CANNOT DETERMINE THE DEPTH OF THE
WATER. FLOODING WATERS CAN SOMETIMES PICK UP AND TURN OVER CARS AS
WELL.
