* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PARMER COUNTY
  CASTRO COUNTY

* UNTIL 7 AM CDT

* AT 350 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF PARMER
  AND CASTRO  COUNTIES. RADAR AND SATELLITE IMAGERY ARE BOTH
  SUGGESTING RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR OVER THIS AREA.

* BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
  THE DANGERS OF ROAD AND STREAM FLOODING. DRIVE VERY CAUTIOUSLY.

  2 INCH AMOUNTS OVER NORTHWESTERN AND NORTHCENTAL SECTIONS
  OF CASTRO COUNTY FROM DIMMITT TO EASTER.
