NORTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 537 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN BARNHARDT AND OTTO. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH. RADAR INDICATES 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE BARNHARDT TO OTTO AREA SINCE 300 PM FROM SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS. THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WATER WAS OVER HIGHWAY M NEAR ROUTE 21. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR IMMINENT...MOVE QUICKLY TO HIGHER GROUND.
