SOUTHERN NEWTON COUNTY INDIANA... * UNTIL 600 AM CDT. * AT 1155 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN FROM JUST SOUTH OF OTTAWA EAST...
