  NORTHERN LARUE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* AT 446 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 2 
AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN NEAR RINEYVILLE...OR ABOUT 37 MILES SOUTH OF
