  RAIN OVER NORTH CENTRAL LANDER COUNTY...OR ABOUT 14 MILES SOUTHWEST
  OF BATTLE MOUNTAIN...LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS DETECTED.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
